How long does shipping take?+

Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day and arrive in 3 to 5 business days via ground. Expedited options are available at checkout, and orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.

What's your return policy?+

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened lamps and fixtures carry a 20% restocking fee unless defective. Custom and special-order items are final sale.

Are your bulbs covered by warranty?+

Yes. Manufacturer warranties range from 1 to 5 years depending on the product line and are listed on every product page. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Do you offer bulk or business discounts?+

Tiered volume pricing applies automatically at checkout for case-pack quantities. Facilities and contractors can also apply for a business account with net-terms invoicing.

How do I pick the right bulb base and wattage?+

Check your old bulb's base code (E26, E12, GU10) and lumen output rather than wattage alone. Our bulb finder can match an exact replacement from a photo or model number.

What's the difference between color temperatures?+

2700K to 3000K is a warm residential glow, 4000K is neutral white for kitchens and garages, and 5000K to 6500K is a crisp daylight tone best for workspaces and outdoor security.
